Rick Baskerville, President 319-393-7474 [email protected] After college, Rick became the regional broker manager for Washington National Insurance Co. where he was responsible for the tri-state area and 450 agents and brokers. Within a year and a half, the region’s production skyrocketed from $600,000 cash volume to $3 million. This was accomplished by thoroughly training his agents and brokers who, in turn, were able to coach and guide their clients. At that point, Rick had been in the industry long enough to have learned a little something himself– being a captive manager who is only able to sell one company’s products is not best for the people. He started OneWay so he could offer the best products, from the top companies, to better meet the client's retirement income needs. Starting OneWay and becoming an insurance agent has allowed him to put his clients first instead of a corporation and gives him the ability to find just the right product for each client.
